Meditation
Meditation is not an action, it is ultimate inaction. It happens by itself. In fact, true meditation happens when the meditator disappears.
There are many ways of meditations, keeping in view various portals for self recognition. In Tantra it is said that all the different types of meditations can be summarized in 112 ways of meditations suggested by Shiva in Vigyan Bhairav tantra.
The results of these meditations can be different for different individuals. But each time you will come closer to your centre.
The meditations that have been provided here were spontaneous and arose, at the time, depending on the seekers’ queries. We have tried to list these meditations in an order which is from subtle to subtler.
